"How to" Customer Contracts?

I have a few new customers that I'm considering doing a seasonal contract for because they will require weekly mowing/maintenance. I would appreciate some guidance on how to structure these contracts and also get some help finding contract templates or software that generates contracts. Thanks!

Seasonal contract. Beginning the week of ----- to the week of __________ . Billed in 6 monthly invoices May-October. to include a weekly cut and trim of the property, taken into account the occasional week that may be missed due to drought. Set Price
