Erosin/ Mulch

I have a customer complains to me that every time mulch being add on, it will not stay due to erosion...the hill was not that deep.. I wonder if you know what else is better soultion to hold the mulch from washing down. It did not washed once.. it takes time and realzine that mulch is moving from up to downhill to the street.

If the mulch is on a hill you might have to teer it. Use blocks to make teers and fill in the mulch. If the customer doesn't like that idea, you may have to go with petty sizable rocks instead of the mulch. Rocks like 6 inches in diameter or larger.

Different levels. Instead of a drop, a teer (maybe I spelled it wrong) is a flat or gradual drop followed by a vertical wall then there's another level spot or gradual drop followed by a vertical wall.
