I have a brick patio with two small brick walls (approx 2.5 feet) marking two of the corners. The walls have a small lip, and I would like to mount a couple step lights under them.

Anyone with fixture & tips for a retro job? I have no way to mount the plate that I've seen attached to this type of fixture. All I want is a nice, narrow fixture. I know Unique has a new one, but I don't see it on the website.

Mike our under cap light (The Vanguard) has a removal mortar plate so that you can surface mount just the fixturer portion under the lip...........watch the video to give you an idea...

How do these compare in price to the Vista and Intergal?

Very nice, Joey, do these have holes for mounting in the top or in the back of the fixture (not using the plate).

Yes the Stainless Socket bracket will have mounting holes on top.......FYI Mike some guys have been cutting the mortar plate and drilling out mounting holes to help prevent light leakage on uneven surfaces.....

Joey, the cut-sheet recommends retaining the gasket if not using the plate, are you saying that may not be enough to seal-in the light?

No it works good I am just saying some have preffered to use the plate and cut it....
