Looks like nice work. Good job.
If you really wanted to be "water wise," may i suggest a little sumpin called drip irrigation?

2 acres of drip line :dizzy:
We actually are using DL2000 drip line for one developer for the flower beds, and the new toro precision spays (when the finally come in) for the grass area. :clapping:

Very nice work. Give us some feedback on those TORO nozzles. Are you using them on ...gulp.... Toro popups?

Agreed ... it is however a nice example of a good looking landscape WITHOUT TURF! :clapping:
Lots of hardscape watering going on there .... hardly "water wise".

The property looks great. I think you missed a great changes to put the icing on the house with the lighting. GO and post your work on the lighting forum. But this is my southern redneck .02. :D
