This spring has been a little slow. Oh I have side jobs from regular maintenance customers and that keeps us pretty busy in itself. But, we have been able to give almost next day service. Now while the regulars like that I am used to being 2 weeks or more backed up by mid June. Economy and a strange wet spring.
It's finally picking up. Lots of good calls all week. These are all $250.00 jobs or more. I'm bidding high and I'm getting a lot of takers. I was kind of worried about my price increase to average $75.00 per hour but the customers are taking it in stride. I'm having to add another part time crew member.
Just waiting for the bottom to fall out again.

It's been a feast or famine this year. The weather will not cooperate at all. As soon as I get rolling on installs, it rains for three days, and at that point it's time to do my maintenance round.
