Vista Print Rewards

Be careful when you order from Vista Print. By accident I pressed the rewards button .I am being charged 14.95 a month. Four months later I am still trying to resolve this problem. They are still charging me and promising to refund my account.

they did this to me as well! vistaprint is a fricking scam!! I went straight to my bank told my bank lady that the charges were fraudulant. she froze my account and two weeks later i had the money refunded through my bank. you have to be really nasty on the phone with the vistaprint people to get anything done.

it really is a shame because it was a good website. they should change the checkout system because no one realizes that they've signed up for the "rewards" program. its pretty shady imo. But DO go to your bank, b/c they can help fix the problem!

Thanks for the heads up. I too have recently purchased from Vista Print and will be checking on this tomorrow AM. So far their products and services have been very good. Hate to be scammed though!:angry:

I had the same experience after mÝ first order with them. I will never do business with Vista print again.

They charged me 14.95 a month too for a while and I found that they are no cheaper than local shops after the shipping and processing fees they have. Now i get 1000 cards for a 100 bucks printed front and back gloss on 600lb card stock (about 3 times thicker than vista prints)... and no week long wait time to get my cards.:drinkup:
