I went from this truck

to this truck. So far i like it. But i miss the chevy.It was also my toy

Looks to me like the chevy was a 1500 so I'm guessing it either had the 4.8 or 5.3 gasser. I would think a 250 or 1ton would be an upgrade, especially since its a diesel.

ya i think that was a downgrade. i think your chevy looked mean with it lifted up. i think fords just look dumb with lift kits.

i have a 03 6.0 i love it the powers good and the trucks supper tuff i tslked too couple diesel guys that work for chevy and the durmax has the same problems with injectors and turbos so make sure you run sum injector lube and use amsoil for oil or rotella and run amsoil for the lube for the pump and egr cleaner oruse summit fuel products by wellworth ive had the best luck poweservice cloggs the egr fast if you have any questoins ill be glad too give sum pointers ive owned mine for 5 yrs

Both trucks are badass. I kinda like the chevy though. My friends want me to lift my truck, but just a few days ago one of them admitted why... Guess they think it would be funny as hell watching my fat ass try to climb in and out of a truck that sits that high.
