Hired some kids to hand out some flyer / coupons. Appears one of them put a quarter in one of those newspaper machines and put a flyer in each newspaper!! Got a couple jobs from it but just waiting for the other shoe to fall i.e. a fine or lawsuit? Anyone ever hear of this?

Im betting if you dont get caught doing it that nobody will even notice, besides the kid did it without your knowledge right.

Even if you do get in trouble, I would recommend you tell that kid he has a great future in marketing. I've got to hand it to him on that one.

LOL... holy $hit! You've got to be kidding! I never heard of that. Sounds like a great idea and you can blame the kid for being creative. On a serious note i'm not sure what could happen i guess you'll have to set back and see what happens. You could always play dumb and say you had no idea that the kid had placed them in the newspapers.

How long ago was this done? Outside of getting a few accounts have you heard anything else?

what your really trying to say is "i just got an idea on how to distribute fliers and not work hard, im gona make it sound like it was a kids fault so you guys wont bust my balls. if everyone likes it im going to do it, if people tell me i will get in trouble i wont."

My newspaper will put them in for me for 38.00 every 1000 papers with a 5000 minimum.

Think it would cheaper and safer just to let them do it.

i think i would try the honest way myself, when the mother ship lands you will be throwin seven different shades of smoke if you take the dishonest way on everything.
