This started some time ago, it took me this long just to figure out what was causing
it because the only symptom is a vibration and a shudder when it does this.

I am unsure what the problem could be, other than the deck on the LEFT side
is a lot closer to the rear tire than the right side, and it is the LEFT side that rubs.

Now it doesn't always rub, on flat ground and most of the time mowing it doesn't,
but there's play with a floating deck and once I get on an incline and certain angles
set that deck into the tire on that side.

I have also noticed, from a standstill if I PUNCH the levers, the gaps change...
The entire deck moves forward backward and a bit sideways, should it do this?

Being an Everride this has the swiveling front axle which also adjusts deck angle,
I might look more into that part, but for right now I'm just heartbroken.

Because I have inspected the mower pretty good, just short of tearing into it to see wth...
I can't see anything wrong with it.
Before anyone tells me 'something' is bent or broken, please be more specific.

If anyone has any insight as to what could be causing this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Both of the below pictures show the GAP between deck and tire, the first picture is of the right side
and you can see good air in between, the second of the left you have to look closely just to see it's
NOT touching but get moving around and it will, you can clearly see a BIG difference in the gap
(it is much closer on the left).
Anyhow...

I'll check into this, I've looked the deck over just short of pulling it so taking the rear wheels off is a great start and it beats
pulling the deck just to find more of nothing wrong, thanks!

The reason...
I may have neglected that thou, and I'll have to read further but I don't think my owner's manual says much of anything about it.
And no, I don't think the dealer would have lubed that proper upon assembly, either...

Does there a bearing give out?

It has to have something to do with the way your deck hangs. Sounds like you hit something hard and bent something. Check out the deck hanging mechanisum. My Everide has about 1.5" between the deck and the wheel.

Ok I think I found it, after removing the tire I checked that out but it was firm, there are no zerks
however there is what appears to be a bearing assembly (looks just like on a car, with cotter pin)
but I decided not to fool with that.

Because by then I had a lot more room to get a view into things from that angle, and I believe, if I'm not mistaken...
There are two pins holding together a part of the lift control assembly, and there exists play, leading me to believe the pins are worn.

I'll go order these tomorrow, it's a start.
Might be a couple of bushings there, too, find out at the dealer.

Yeah, 1.5" sounds about right, a decent amount of air...
That was part of what had me bummed out, I'm thinking I bent the frame...
But looking at it, I don't see that.
The only thing that has a slight bend is the rear bumper, that comes from me pulling it out of a ditch.
But the rest of the machine from there forward looks 100% straight and even, I checked several clearances
and it's all even, except that deck sits at an angle.

I'll keep you guys updated, hoping that replacing the pins fixes it, or at the least alleviates it considerably.

I may have to change my view on dealers, we went through some troubleshooting
after I got there until the guy finally asks me, how much air you got in them rear tires?

I said idk, 30 or 35.
He's like, they're supposed to be more like 18, why so high?
I said I like a firm ride.

He's like, see how they're ballooning :p

Set them down to 18, went on down the road...
So far no rubbing ...
Thou I might catch some ribbing for that.

Why didn't the tires rub when you first uped the air pressure? Why only one side rubbing? You need to take another look.

I couldn't tell when it started, or why one side is closer than the other...

But the dealer said he would check into it further when another Warrior came in,
and I believe the guy that is running the show now will.

It sure started working on restoring my faith in those folks.
