Hi there,
Our township is "chinese paving" over all it's gravel roads. Cleaning the drainage ditches on either side and replacing all the culverts that cross the road is the first step. Building the road up 45ft is the next. Caught this sub contracted pc220lc working in front of one of our farms. I'm pretty sure they are landfilling the silt.
