I went and picked up a new to me mower on Fathers day. I got a Hustler Fastrack SD with a 48" deck and 23hp Kawasaki engine. It's a used mower, but it only has 21 hours on it and I payed $4900 for it. It still has almost the whole four year warranty left on it. This is my first zero turn mower and I must say it is really fun to drive!

Nice find! It might as well be new. My Gravely is going on its third season now and its in great shape, but the usual wear and tear. I usually go through and clean up everything 2 or 3 times a year and yesterday was on of those days. Everything was as spotless as could be, the rider looked damn near brand new and all it took was 1 stupid lawn to mess all that up! Enjoy.

Compared to the prices I was being given around where I live this was a much better price. I actually just rode it around today like it was a 4-wheeler. :)

I think $4900 is a little high....also why would you want a 48" ztr? I dont get why guys buy anything smaller then 52" as ztrs....you could've bought a new 48/19hp hustler for $3500 and gotten a proslide or something for it....those little z's are pretty heavy and with small tires will rut in wet conditions.

I would have much rather had the 54" deck, but storage limitations wouldn't allow for it. The 48"/19hp hustler was $6,000 at all the dealers I got a quote from. I didn't really want a walk behind, even if I did get a proslide because it just doesn't seem as fun. This thing is like riding a nice go cart. Its fun. One thing I noticed about this deck is that it makes it difficult to cut close to some things as the deck and wheels stick about the same amount. I think once I get used to it though it will get easier.

Looks like a great unit and at a great price too. Should do you pretty good. I just recently got a hustler dealer around me, too bad I just bought a new mower.

Looks good man! Hope you like it. Just be careful if you go mud bogging, they like to get stuck, lol.
