Does anybody make a track loader the size of Bobcat S70?

I really want a compact track loader like the MT52, but I'd much rather sit than stand. Any advise other than put a track on a wheeled loader (I want a real track loader)?

AVS's RC-30 (now the PT-30) has intrigued me. What are other comparable brands? Thanks.
