I am contemplating my bid for a high end subdivison that wants their common areas mowed, road frontage, front landscape maintained and the 1.5+ miles of the roadside through the subdivison mowed. They have a park area that is 13 acres, mostly wide open and flat. I generally charge around $100/acre for residential settings. I think this might be too high and I would really like to get this contract. Any suggestions on that?

The road through the subdivison.....I have never had to estimate something like that. Not sure how to appraoch it. They are not asking that it be mowed a certian number of feet off the road; they just want it to look good as you drive through. Any suggestions?

I appreciate any help/tips in this matter
