Anyone advertise with welcome wagon type services like" our town"??

I've done it with marginal results. Its a good idea but it gets too expensive. We used "house warmers" and provided a gift along with business card magnet. The gift was a single "OFF" wipe. It paid for itself...maybe I'd have to look back.
