Does anyone know the rough particle size of that white cloud of emulsified herbicide when you add water to say speedzone or momentum fx2 ?
i want to prolong the life of my diaphram pump, so i figure, if the particles that make up that white cloudiness in a tank mix are below say.. 75 micron, i could put a 100micron fuel filter between the tank and pump.
dont care what units you have it in, i can convert.
and i am spraying very low volume , so flow wont be an issue.
may seem like overkill, but i know for a fact the pump life would drastically improve.
if all you guys with permagreens found that say, a 150 micron fuel filter, would let all the emulsified herbicide through, and fit one prior to your pump,
you would see an amazing increase in pump life.
anyone with a chem background, or just knowledgeable, have even a rough guess as to the size?
