The first picture is of an area we cleared and needed to chip all the left over brush and branches. The area will eventually have a bed put in and grass surrounding it. I also included a few pics of the skidsteer after a day of grading.

I always mean to take before and after pics, but never do. Heres a few in the process pictures.

We tore out a small old patio and will be pouring a bigger new one. We tore out the old deck, and put in the footer/wall to do a kitchen install.

Today I ran out there and back filled the wall and spread the ~12yards of dirt from digging the footer and patio, then I threw down some stone for us to grade out and tamp at a later date.

Actually we're done from the kitchen aspect, I'll try to snap some pictures when we install the patio, which won't be done til the kitchen is done by outside contractor.

Well the Bobcat has AC and a radio...so it has comfort on its side.

I like the Cat for raw power and their joy stick setup.

They both have their place.
