I am wondering what applications others are using to track billable/non billable time spent on jobs, mileage, etc.. There are a few apps listed on Crackberry that will do this but I would like to know which apps you guys prefer. Thanks.

I use a Blackberry Curve as my business phone. I never really thought of finding apps to keep track of that stuff until you mentioned it. I keep track of my timing and mileage by hand on my clipboard and transfer it to my computer at the end of each week. Let me do some digging and I'll be back with some more info on stuff I find.

I did want to mention that I do have the Accuweather app and the google maps app that I find very reliable if I should need it. Both are free and Accuweather can get you up to the date radar for your location in less than a minute. It's been very helpful for me. I'm not coming up with much searching for apps to keep track of mileage or time... but I'll keep looking around.

Thanks for the reply. I also document everything on paper while working. I just recently got a b.berry curve and am still learning about the thing. I believe it is more sophisticated than I am! I have found the voice recorder and day planner to be real helpful. If you have not looked at crackberry.com yet you may want to. It has good blogs, forums, tips, and "how to" tutorials. It also has hundreds of applications available for purchase as well as a nice list of free apps. I have read a few discussions on there about time/project tracking apps and get the impression there are more available beyond those listed on that site. I just downloaded a free trial of BizTrackit for tracking time spent on a per project basis. I will let you know if this app turns out to be worthy of purchasing. Do you know of any other trustworthy sites that have b.berry apps for sale?
I must have popped the battery out of mine once a month, since I bought it, in order to reboot it. I liked it at first (my curve) but I'm having negative thoughts about it now. My USB charger port is lose, Zoom keeps failing, unless I lock it it likes to dial out on it's own.

I lock mine every time I'm not using it. That was always my problem with non-flip phones. I used Motorola flip phones for years because I hated it when I accidentally hit buttons and called people. Now I just keep my Curve locked unless I'm using it.
