Range of Pay for Lawn Maintenance Crew Leads

I own a small lawn maintenance business with about 40 commercial properties (Oklahoma). What are you guys paying lawn maintenance crew leads in the midwest?

it all seems to vary, here in Texas and other parts, " From my knowlege"
it's more of what you do.

were doing everything, sprinkler systems, spraying, and such. I even have a guy who does all the mateance on my equiptment/trucks.

he's at 15.00 an hour. however he recives bonuses, almost every month

This guy has much less responsibility than your guy. He is doing only mowing, edging, trimming and landscape maintenance. He drives the truck, and supervises 1 or 2 guys. He is reliable and does a good job, but does only occassional equipment maintenance.
