Pics of Lawns I maintain and some that want bids

So these are a few of the lawns I maintain here on Base. The larger ones are about 6k of actual lawn the average ones are about 1k of lawn. Most are duplexes but we do have some 8 plexes as well. The 8 plexes have about 500 sq ft of actual lawn so I don't even bother with those. My minimum charge is $35 and for the
6k yards I charge $40. I have a few off base that are 10k that I charge $50 and they take about an hour to do.

These are some of the ones that need some TLC. I would say that 40% on Base are like this, 50% are average and 10% are above average.

Using a cup to spread fertilizer is a bad idea.

The ones at the top look great. I can't say the same about the ones at the bottom

Where the stripes at?

I'm sure that cool weather grass stripes like a madman.

Eh.... My 21" Toro don't make stripes. Oh well not like anyone even asks for them. One day I will be able to stripe like all you....one day. :)

I stripe not because a customer may ask for it or not.

I do it for personal gratification.

It looks great, makes cutting more of a challenge, gives you something to do besides just mowing a lawn, and last but not least : Gives a Professionals touch to the grass that homeowners just can't do.

Some time over this winter I would like to make a my 21" mowers a stripe kit. I don't think it will be to hard. Their is a thread in this forum that the guy put one on his and showed pictures of some very impressive stripes made by his set-up. Asked him to show photo's of his set-up but he never responded. I am mowing mostly small yards also and would like to stripe them also.
