Does your company have a mission statement? Something that you want other customers to see, or more importantly that you want your employees to follow?? If so what is the statement?? curious to see how everyone has worded theirs!

Deeds, not words, is what makes a statement about your business.
Concentrate on the details, always write down your intentions with your customers and employees, then execute for a positive outcome.

The term "mission statement" has become something of a cliché. At the very least, it's overworked. Two Seasons put it well: deeds, not words, are what speak volumes about your business practice and ethics. On the other hand, there are plenty of businesses that talk a good line but fail to deliver.
If you have a motto or slogan that means something to you, by all means post it where people can see it. If not, don't worry about it. Take care of your customers and your reputation will take care of itself.
