TODAY I FEEL LIKE A PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!

On day 1 I started out with a Craftsman 42in tractor, a Craftsmans weed eater, Craftsman edger, and a Weed Eater blower.

Last day of April I got my insurance policy.
May 4th I took delivery of my new to me Gravley 44in ZTR.
As it would happen I had to buy a new trailer that day as well since the ZTR would not fit in the truck.

Today I paid CASH for my new Stihl weed eater, edger and blower, as well as trimmer, water cooler and blower racks.

Here is the best part I got a little brother for the 44in I got a Dixie Chopper 34in ZTR mower, brand new.

I like the Gravley and it works great, but the Dixie was a better deal, cost a little more (500) but the service and werrenty 3 yrs vs 1 year make up for it.

I even took it to the house with the smallest gate I have and it went right through, we were having to push mow her back lawn untill now..

I AM SO HAPPY I CANT STAND MY SELF!!!!!!!!!

Ok sorry just wanted to tell someone, and my wife thinks I am stange for being so happy. Looks like i will be looking for a new truck next lol.

Good job, you must be doing something right. Nice to get to upgrade your equipment, your wife will never understand our attachment to the equipment:laugh: or why we spend so much time on Lawnsite. However she will understand more productivity equal more money in her hand:drinkup:

I am so glad there's folks out there got sense left.
Careful with that truck, don't overextend yourself with too many loans, hopefully you got some cash left.

Not trying to hold you back, but I'd consider getting a used model instead of the
latest and greatest if it meant I could pay cash instead of taking out a loan.

I like to think some of the better business decisions involve cash only.

Anyhow, Good luck.

I feel like a professonal---------that is, until I scalp the daylights out of the yard I'm on--------some stump hole I forgot about----some unlevel ground---and one back tire stays up---and the other goes in the hole----and the blades dig in

Yep--------I'm professional!!!!!!!!

Dont worry I will not make payments on a new truck. I have no problem buying a used one so long as it is in good shape. I have my eye on a 2004 F-150 king cab with the 5.4 v-8 towing package, cloth seats, ribber floor, ice cold a/c , and 65,000 miles.

The asking price is 5500. If it is still there at the end of the month I might go pick it up.. Then comes the lettering and so on. But I can put my Ranger back on my hot rod to do list lol.

Glad to see it's do-able lol..

I'm running a Craftsman 42", and off brand blower/trimmer/push mower.

I'm hoping for next year to have a decent Dodge Ram, and maybe a new mower...Maybe even some Stihl (only dealer I can find around here?!) tools as well. We'll see :).
