Thanks to BSME for making me aware of this. In all my years nobody has called or complained that zone 32 on my cables doesn't work on RainMasters.
I make the cables according to the TRC pin guide. TRC pins zone 32 to pin 21. Rainmaster differs in one respect. They pin 32 to pin number 35. That answers the question I had in this post.

Soooooo only 1-31 on Rainmasters. No other option unfortunately. TRC is the industry standard on cables. Rainmaster has that double cable set up. They also pin all 37 but only have 35 wires. i prefer the one cable set up. With a proper pin removal tool one can move 21 pin wire to 35 pin wire and get 32 stations on a rainmaster if desperate.
