Gravely Z272 blades???

I have a Z272 model # 992108 and am looking for blades... does any one know the OEM # for the blades, mulching blades, and maybe an aftermarket gatormulch blade that will fit. I contacted Gravely and they emailed me a part # that I can't even find online. Please Help! :hammerhead:

Measure your blade, know the width of your deck, and go to Agrisupply.com and see what comes closest. If its a 52" deck, blades will be somewhere around 18-19 inches long. Measure the hole size, width, thickness, and diagonal length, and you can match it up.:waving:

I looked in mowmore catologe and gravely has a bunch of odd ball size decks. Measure your blade, tip to tip and what size blade bolt you have. I will look it up in Stens and MowMore catologe.

09290500 is the Gravely part number for that mower and is 24.5" long.

Stens numbers are as follows:
Flat: 303-036, Low lift: 303-068, Mulching: 303-100, Toothed: 303-132, Notched air lift: 303-164, Rolled air lift: 303-196 Exact replacement is 320-410 for regular cut.

It's not an oddball size deck. And the model 272 clues you in as to the size being a 72" deck. 34" decks fit thru 3' gates. 44" decks fit thru 4' gates. 52" decks fit thru the 5' gates. There is logic there.

Thanks for the blade info. I also have a Z272. The dealer wants $25 a blade. I've yet to find an after market blade thats some what comparable to OEM. Some of the after markets are not flat & some are too thin.

Stens or J.Thomas should have aftermarket blades, since Gravely,(Ariens), owns both companies.
