Two solid brass, barrel lug connectors with water-tight, grease-filled caps, makes the CS100 (http://www.allianceoutdoorlighting.com/cs100.html) and CS150 (http://www.allianceoutdoorlighting.com/cs150.html) the best wire connection you can make for landscape applications. Each lug can accommodate up to 5 #16-2 and 1 #12-2 wire leads. Alliance designed a longer threaded cap which will cover any exposed copper, and fully protect the entire connection from water intrusion. The screw-tight lug creates a very solid mechanical connection creating a trouble-free system.

The CS100 (http://www.allianceoutdoorlighting.com/cs100.html) comes with the round plastic junction box with a cap to make it easy to purchase and install connections in the landscape. For those contractors looking for just the two connectors to use with their own valve boxes, Alliance created the CS150 (http://www.allianceoutdoorlighting.com/cs150.html).This connector was developed for landscape lighting applications, but is ideally suited for irrigation connections, as well.
