Hey guys, Architect specked Nightscaping VERMEER Liter BM-4552BR w/grate for this upcoming job. I need 12 of them. Anybody know of a distributor that may have them sitting on a shelf collecting dust? Factory does not have.

You can buy the identical fixture from Megabay in Australia. Only thing is it will not arrive with UL / CSA listings.

NS has the bodies (Megabay builds them for nightscaping) but they do not have any inventory of the embossed tops which I think they made in their on-site foundry.

Not having an easy source of Vermeer fixtures has been a real drag. I only have about 10 left now. Simply the best ingrade uplight (well light) on the market IMO.

Would you be interested in parting with your 10?...

Everything can be had for the right price... but I think that price might just make you backwash into that beer you are hoisting!

Seriously, I don't think I can part with these... I have a project coming up that will do them justice. :)

Check out the coppermoon in grade. Its beefy solid brass.. Print a spec sheet and let the arch decide.

Unique nova another poss substitution ?

If the specked light is not available usually another suitable and similar one can be substituted per architects approval. Billy gave you some good suggestions to go with.

Yes I did Gerry, and responded via pm, maybe it didn't go through? The last Vermeer lighters I purchased were $175.00 each so hard for me to swallow your offer. Thank you

Steve,
Nightscaping has updated thier Stocking Distributor pricing as of July 1, and this fixture costs me more than $175/ea. I do not know how long ago you bought your last fixture but you should expect to pay more for this item going forward. Sorry we could not be of assistance.

Gerry, I purchased 12 last week at my local dist for $175. Now, these were "left over" and a slow mover for my dist, so I got a great deal. Moving forward, Connie@ Nightscaping said they were looking for a new brass foundry as there's is closed. Not looking good for brass product. :((
