No Spark on Honda HT3810

Hello all. I have a Honda HT3810 that will not fire. Been through all the safetys that I know of. ( seat, brake, neutral ) There looks to be some sort of "electrnoic igntion" type box mounted onto it.
Does anyone have any info on hoe to troubleshoot these engines? They are very unusual, and parts seem to be expensive.

the only reason to check the safety switches is if it doesn't crank over. Does it not have spark or does it not crank?
