i am working on my contracts & and agreements. do most people call themselves the "contractor" and your customer the "client"

i suggest buying a designed contract!

i don't think i need to buy a designed contract.
i am drawing up my own then having a lawyer friend "stamp" it...

Then have your lawyer friend (if he is a contractoral lawyer) write it up. If its not worded correctly it can be worthless.

Most of the ones I have seen, and used it's refered to by the company name....
