So a new sub contractor just finished a couple retaining walls for me and I was telling him how much I appreciated all the hard work he and his crew had done and how nice the walls looked, when he looked at me and said his boss hadn't told him that in two years. I couldn't believe it. I always make it a point to thank people who work for me, hopefully you do to. If your not thankful for them think of what your job would be with out them.
