This is my first season so i still have a home owners edger.
Whats the difference of quality in a stihl edger or commercial edger to a troy-bilt? i want to provide the best quality to all my customers, but my lawns arent looking as good as i want them to. is there a major difference?

im pretty sure the more output the engine has the faster the blade will be moving. So in my opinion a commercial edger would be good even though the le 261 sucks try a fc 95 edger

You cant go wrong with the quality and the power from Stihl.

Hmmm.......I cant say that the troybuilt will do any less of a job than stihl....I started out with a ryobi and it done a good job.......the difference will be when the homeowner grade gives out in a few months of daily use as where the stihl should be a reliable unit for years
the troybuilt more than like is cable operated where as the stihl has a solid driveshaft

Troy built is now made by MTD. Nuff said.
