My name is Billy, 3 years ago me and my dad started B.K.'S Lawn Service. My dad is a 26 year vetern police officer and still does this with me on the side. I am 14 years old and our company is fully licenced and insured. We maintain roughly 55 full service weekly accounts. All of our equiptment is paid off, which I at 14 years old am half owners on with my dad. I always look at everyone elses photos so I will start to post pictures of our equiptment along with some of the work we do. :weightlifter:

That is just insane, your equipment is just too much for a 14 year old, but then again it is yours and your dads.

On a seperate note, how big is that bagger?

I believe it is 4.3 cubic feet. My dealer told me when I bought it, it was the biggest one you could buy from the grass gobbler (Wright) brand. I also have the leaf extender which I will use for leafs which I think is another 3. something cubic feet.

I dont really know how to explain how long the bagger lasts. But lets put it this way, take a look at the picture of my front yard. I cut at about 3.5 inches and today when I cut it was probally 5 -5.5 inches tall. Now my front yard took up about half of that bag today. So its a decent size bagger for a stand on mower. By the way thanks for the complimetnt about my edging lol.:cool2:

Our 52 inch is a rapid height so thats obvious but the 32 is a fixed deck. The only reason we bought the 32 was to get through gates and Wright does not make a rapid height 32. To raise / lower the deck you have to take out 4 bolts on each front wheel mount and lower the wheel down to raise the deck or raise the wheel up to lower the deck. Overall its a pain and if you dont have a jack with you its definetley a 2 man job. Also, if you know what your doing it will take you about 20 - 25 minutes to do.

I would estimate 40 - 50 hrs per week. This is such a high number because almost all of our accounts are full service customers which means we are always doing bush trimming, mulching, planting, ect.. If we didnt have to do all of the extras it would probally cut down our overall time by 25%. Also, in the spring we are always busier because the grass is growing faster, as well as in the fall with all of the leaves. Summer is our slow season.:dancing: Believe it or not we use the 32 stander more than our 52 stander and husqvarna. That little thing is great for getting through gates (we have never had a gate we could not get through) and it is superfast. Ususally if we have to use the 32 to get through the gate we will just use it on the whole yard because its not worth the time to get out one of the 52's. Thats why the 32 always stays closest to the ramp on the trailer :weightlifter:. If you are interested in a setup like mine i highly reccomend the 32 inch stander. If you go with the 36 you will regret it. The only downfall to the 32 is you can not get the rapid height option.

I got a 36 and ?I don't regret it, looking to upgrade to 52 I need bigger. I think it matters on the side of the yard and gates

New (New to me) grain dump we picked up today. Its a 1999 Ford F-450 superduty 4x4. In the pictures you can still see the last guys lettering. Im going to take it off it the next few days and then have the dump sand blasted green to match our company colors. Once I wash the truck body I will make the decesion on weather or not im going to have that painted to. Once I get everything lettered up it will be a great truck for fall clean ups.:weightlifter: The truck has 37,000 miles on it and it has a v10 motor. Theres a problem with the motor and I will most likely install a rebuilt motor. Because of this problem though the guy gave me it for a real good price.:dancing: He started at $7,000.00 about 5 months ago when I first started talking to him but once it got impounded because the location he was parking it at didnt want it there anymore my grandpas towing company towed it and after a $700.00 tow and storage bill he realized he had to let it go, so I picked it up for $4,750.00.

Honestly though the best thing about this truck is its paid for and no financing:cool2:

B.K. stands for me and my fathers name Bill Kloos. He is senior and I am junior so we added the s because there are two of us. I guess it could also stand for Bill Kloos and son. When I have the design for the new trucks lettering done I will take a look at what a crown would look like. And the 32 is a great machine. We never have a gate we cant get through.:cool2:

Well I havent posted any pictures for a month or two now so I have a lot of pictures. Also, I turned 15 back in August and I am still trying to figure out how to change the thread name:hammerhead:. The first set of pictures is of our new 18 ft Appilacian trailer.:dancing: We got the 82" wide model with a 2' dove tail and with the spring assist rear gate and the tandem axle with breaks. We are planning on buying a Billy Goat DL 31 hp leaf loader and since it will not fit on the tongue of the enclosed is the reason we bought this trailer. This will now be our designated "fall clean up trailer."

This is my second set of photos. We had a leaf canvas installed on our truck from a local company. The thing is awesome and gives us atleast 75% more room in the back of the dump. They even made a sleve on the back so the leaf loaders discharge can have a straight path in the back of the truck. Finally, I forgot to mention that we had a rebuilt motor installed in this truck so the last pic is just a top view of the motor.

why does it still say hollosi on it?

Because Hollosi is air brushed on. If you look at the old pictures you can see that we removed all of the vinyl that was boardering it but since it is air brushed on the guy thats going to letter it for me said that he would take it off.
