I'm cutting at 2.5-2.75 and I'm wondering what hole I should have my anti-scalp wheels in. Currently they are in the top hole. How do you decide? Thanks!

This depends on the ground you are cutting.
I would at least have them in the middle hole and see how it works for you.

The ground is very uneven and rough with lots of slopes.

Stick with the middle hole then.
If you go to low then your anti scalp wheels could do more damage than good.
