Each louvered face plate is backed with a rugged clear glass lens and durable gasket protecting the sockets and lamps from outside elements. Both fixtures incorporate the long-lasting 20-watt Xelogen lamp (1 for the SL200 (http://www.allianceoutdoorlighting.com/sl200.html), 2 for the SL300 (http://www.allianceoutdoorlighting.com/sl300.html)).
