Got a new to me truck yesterday and today we bought a toro personal pace push mower for an account we picked up. We had been wanting a nice push mower for awhile just to have in case the 36 broke (like the spring that it broke the other day ). Picked this up for $350, can't wait to try it out!

2002 GMC Sierra 2500hd. Base model, no power anything just a decent work truck, did come with a nice 07 model I believe Boss V-Plow. It has the 6.0 motor which so far seems pretty sweet. :cool2:

I definitely like that truck. That's exactly what I'm looking for as a second truck.

133k. Little high but had a new tranny put in at 118k and was a fleet truck for a good sized LCO operation around here, so I hope it was maintained well...time will tell I guess

Hey, where is Waynesville? Nice truck man, Chevy kicks A$$, not to burst your bubble the Toro aint very good, my dad has one like it, and the self propelled just went out on it, and the electric start. But good luck with it, FYI dont use the deck washing thing, it promotes rust UNLESS you dry it out good.

Waynesville is down about 20 min south of dayton. Hopefully the toro will work out, we won't use it much at all, really just this one account we picked up. It does have the personal pace but doesn't have electric start so maybe it will be ok lol...the deck washing thing I agree is kinda stupid. It def. isn't a commercial grade mower but should be ok for the one property we need it for. Sure is a lot better than using the push mower we had which wasn't self propelled lol!! :hammerhead:

Ahh, Dayton area... Yea, well i bet its better than the 2 crapsman we have, but my bro bought one way back, and the other was kinda free... We also have a TORO Super Recycler II, that was free, its self propelled...

Haha you can't beat free!!

On a side note, I see you have a boss v plow, what kinda controls do you use? I have a joystick now for the boss v and I would like to get either a wireless remote or a corded keypad remote...found an aftermarket one called hydra remote their website is hydraremote.com....wondering how it might work:drinkup:

Nice looking GMC, ohio. My brother uses GMC trucks on the farm he works for and really likes them, but theirs are 3500 D-max flatbeds, mostly. $8k sounds like a pretty good deal for a late model truck, even with those miles. Should have a lot of life left in it.
