anyone ever washed a house with nothing but a high gpm 12 volt pump. they seem to put out a good amount of water and seem to be able to reach decent heights.

You can but it isn't the most efficient method as you will need to have lots of premixed solution. Large tank and may not flow as well as needed to do a quick job.
