1994 grasshopper 721d. right steering will not go forward only reverse happened after trying to go up steep hill. Left side is fine. Any Ideas where to start???? Thanks

That will have the old Gemini transmissions. Hard to tell from what you describe.
1. Check that pressure release lever is fully engaged on right transmission
2. Check oil level in right trans.
3. Check/replace filter on right trans.
4. check tightness of v belt on right trans. Idler pulley might be seized or not holding tension properly
4. Last resort: Take it to a Grasshopper dealer and have trans. checked out.

880 hours. checked everything tension is good. Oil is good. have not changed filter yet. Any other ideas? Goes in reverse fine which is stumping me bad???

sounds like u blowed a 0 ring in the pump

You are correct the o-ring was the problem. Thanks for all the help
