I sold the woman $900 in upgrades over the last 3 weeks, not looking to replace any more heads for a few more weeks.

Have you checked their website for directions? i know RB and Hunter have them online.
If I remember right, one model needs a special key.

Watch to see if there's a cover/body mark at one of the stops, and that should be the fixed side.

Once the "light comes on," they are really, really simple to adjust.
No tools required to adjust the pattern. A hex head for the arc.
There is no fixed stop right or left. You "set" the pattern. Then, you "locate" the pattern.
Hold the ridged collar and turn the top of the shaft to "set" the pattern. Hold the shaft below the ridged collar and turn the top of the shaft to "locate" the pattern.

Doesn't exactly sound like a vandal-proof arrangement.

Worst rotor ever made, hands down. They have had version upon version of them and they work as well as their solenoids do. :hammerhead:

Mike,
I do not disagree with you on the quality of this rotor. I was just saying they are easy to adjust.
