Case 40xt charging issue.

So, our Case 40xt is having a charging issue. It's not getting any charge to the battery. The alternator was just rebuilt and bench tested, but still no luck on the machine. No wires seem to be disconnected, and fuses are good also. Does the charging system run through relays, or something else that could likely be problematic? I traced the wires somewhat, but they run into looms, and harnesses, so it makes it a little tough. Anyone have a wiring diagram handy???:)
