I'm having trouble with the governor on this engine. I had to remove the linkage to access the top of the engine. I put all of the linkage back but it doesn't seem to work. Now when I start the engine, the engine runs all out with the throttle having no effect on the situation. This is on an Exmark 72" Lazer with 2100 hrs. Any ideas???
