I just spoke to someone yesterday about these. Actually, it was a quality control call, but while we were on the phone, I got a price on these. I also gave the rep a good heads up tip on another product that you should look into that would put you guys a step ahead of all the other supply companies of this type. Thanks for he call. the service is appreciated.

I believe you spoke with Debbie. We appreciate any and all customer feedback and ideas. Per your discussion with Debbie, changing the way our plastic door hangers operate may be a logical step to look into in the near future as door handles change. We are glad that you are happy with our service and let us know if there is anything else you feel would enhance your experience with us.
Have a great weekend!

RND,
I want to order some door hangers, but am having some difficulty with the artwork formatting. Your rep said that it must be in eps format. Is this the only format you will accept?
The budget is tight and I didn't want to have to pay additional for artwork if I can do it myself.
Thanks,
Dan

Dan,
We prefer a file that is set up vector, but other formats shouldn't be an issue as long as they are the correct size at 300 dpi or higher. Make sure the artwork is set up 4" x 11" for the standard door hanger without any important information at the top 2" to make room for the hole. You can email your artwork to the graphics department: joel@rndsigns.com (mailto:joel@rndsigns.com) today if you would like us to check it and make sure it is ok to print. Call to get the order going or include your contact information in the email so we can follow up.
