toro 48...19kawi vs. 20 kohler

my 19 kaw blew a head and i can get a good deal on a 20 hp kohler.....will the kohler fit without any modifications.....i have a 48 toro

It will bolt right on, But make sure the muffler will clear and the crankshaft is the same diameter and length as the Kawi.....
