As Im getting into alot of my own repairs, Im noticing our older 2 strokes getting alot of buildup on the piston and inside cylinder. Is there a good way to clean these areas without scratching anything? there much be some tool that gets inside the cylinder to clean it out?

Stihl carbon remover will work IF you warm the engine before use. Multiple applications may be required. I use it at work, and it is not a "snake oil" product. It will do nothing in a cold engine. After the application, dump it out and flush the cyliner with clean 2 cycle mix. Start it and do it again.
