What is wrong with Lesco 24-0-11? It would help grass recover from the hot weather. Is this a fall treatment or August?

You're looking at 20 and 31% K and saying 24-0-11 is too expensive?

Who is "they", and why in the world would they be recommending 10% phosphorus? - or 31% potassium, for that matter? What are your soil readings to justify this? I can give you one good reason - it's because that is what they have a surplus of on hand or ordered, by the sounds of it. With all due respect, I think I would be shopping for another "they".
Several Questions:
If this is your 4th app/early summer, how many do you do in 1 year? and What are the timing of the apps?
Why not more N in a slow release/safe formulation?

price per bag means nothing. Price per area covered is where it is at.

Well my Lesco (Vineland) recomends the 24-0-11 2%Iron Thats what Ive been applying for the last 2 weeks. $30 a bag you must be a homeowner. I Pay somewhat less than that. Superlawns also is applying the same.

5-10-31 is about 2x the price of standard fert blends for me. I only use it on freshly laid sod that needs to root. Not on established lawns. I am warm season lawns.

5-10-31 and 5-0-20 contain all MOP (5-0-20 is mislabeled). If your'e using a high K fert, go with a MOP/SOP blend or something like 24-0-11 or 18-0-18. The MOP can burn! and those blends are too expensive right now! Use something else! 15-3-7 is good too.
