Not getting any fuel sounds like. Likely in the carb.

All I can say is that the new fuel filter that I installed was clear and I watched it fill up . but I am not sure of the fuel pressure though.

You can take the line that goes to the carb from the fuel pump and turn the engine over and see if the fuel starts coming out. If it does, the fuel pump is working. If it filled up moth likely the fuel pump is working. There is probably blockage in the carb somewhere.

I'm sure as Nathan says, it is either the fuel pump or something in the carb. Test the pump as he said, if that doesn't work, clean the carb out. Once you have it apart, check all gaskets and use carb cleaner generously on bowl, jets, etc and blow out with compressed air.
Good Luck

Thanks for the reply.
I did some more testing today and what I have found is that the Fuel solenoid has power when you are cranking and then after it starts running it looses power to the solenoid. I can run a jumper wire to it from the positive terminal of the battery and it will run fine until I remove the jumper wire. Do you have nay suggestions .:hammerhead:

Maybe the key switch. I would get a new ignition switch and put it on there.
Make sure the terminals are not corroded.
Has anyone ever fooled with it? Maybe that wire should be on a different terminal. Could be a few different possibilities.

Hey I just wanted to say thank you for the help. After testing the fuel solenoid with a jumper wire I found out that it was the switch and after getting one, she cranked right up. Thank you again.
