I recently acquired a free Toro 2 stroke 20680, S/N 0001700. Info I found on Toro's website was that it is a 1990 model. It ran great until two years ago and has sat since then Trans shift cable is stuck, but I can turn the shifter post okay with pliers, I figure the cable needs lubed, or replaced. I can't get the engine to fire. Plug is fouled. I don't believe I'm getting spark, I pulled the plug and cranked it, didn't see anything. I'm unfamiliar with this mower and was wondering if anybody had any feasible ideas and wondered if this is even worth fixing. I plan on running Seafoam through it but there's no sense wasting a can on it if I can't get spark first. I'm a diesel mechanic by trade, so I'm a little handy, but I'm out of my element with these oddball mowers. Figured someone on here would have some experience with it. Thanks for any help
