If its a residential customer, I might call and ask... You may consider calling the 8 grand accout and talking to the manager befor going to court. If the co. has just filed bankruptcy, you're throwing money away.

Try NEBS, they have several printed invoices, as well as software, I use a 4 part collection bill, also I stamp past due on the outside of the envelope I mail the bill in, works well, most of the time. Also a call to the customer is some times the simplest way of resolving things, if you get a deadbeat vibe, certainly stop servicing is an option, or leave an area uncut, that gets them to call you, and while they are on the phone, you bring up the unpaid bills.:waving:

Was the 8 grand deadbeat an install? If so I would be over there getting my materials back. I would like to hear the whole story on this one.:usflag::usflag::usflag:

Check first if it is legal in your area for you to repossess landscape materials. You may find yourself in trouble if it isn't.
