Your first one looks better, the company name is alot easier to see. I agree though, try some different font styles.

1st one, because you can read it better, however i like the picture on the second one better, maybe try and work on making your name and information more visible

Yea i made the second one like 2 sizes bigger for the font so its in between the 1 and 2 one

You have a lot of wasted space on there imo

Company name should jump out and it really doesn't.....

I would play around with it some more, try dressing up the text and loosing the grass background and see how it looks....or try keep the background very subtle...little color and a more in your face name
