Fert and Pest license Florida

Can anyone in Florida direct me to where I can find the info on licensure requirements for a fert and pest or just fert applicator license?

This is all I can find and it tells me nothing... All I am looking to do is fert applications on my customers lawns.

From everything I have read you don't need a license to apply Fertilizer only. If you apply anything other then straight fertilizer then you need a license. I could be wrong but hopefully the people in the pesticide industry will let us know the correct answers.
