to many variables to say whether or not this is average, you must take in account what are u usiong for equipment and your costs, what is the terrain like, a lot of different variables, her it would be, for me, $49 per 3/4 acre on average

I always see people talk about all the variables there is in pricing. The only one I see fit is the level of Difficulty. Equipment has no effect on price. If it takes one guy 5 hours to cut a lawn with a push mower and it only takes me an hour. The customer is not going to pay the guy that takes 5 hours any more then their going to pay me.
On the other hand if you are trying to base your pay by the hour then Equipment has alot to do with it. But your still not going to get more then your Area allows. Actually the biggest variable is the customer.
Just my $0.02 worth
