What is the biggest challenge you are facing in your lawn company?

More customers?

More profit?

Better employees?

More time off?

Better equipment?

What's yours???

All of the above? Ha. But on a serious note, more customers would be nice. Then that would justify the rest of the list.

I agree more customers can solve all the other problems. Except possibly time off.

If you have a boat load of new customers but no don't have the staff to handle them, then you're gonna be stuck working more.

For those who answered MORE profitable customers, how are you currently estimating jobs? Hourly, square footage, other?

Finding efficiency in processes. I love being streamlined and I love to know where my money is leaking out of my biz so I can plug those gaps. This requires daily monitoring which is taxing.

I completely agree. Many times the work day really starts once the mowers and equipment are put away. This commitment is what eventually causes certain lawn companies to end up on top of all their competitors.

In any business, total revenue doesn't matter.....at the end of the day PROFIT is all that matters.
