I mentioned this on here years ago. There was a local lady that got scammed. Guy installed the "system" while she was at work. She came home, he asked to be paid and would show up the next day to go over the system with her. She paid him, he never showed again. Only installed heads in the ground. That's it. No pipe, no valves, nothing.

Wonder if his name was Randy Wyatt. Used to run scams like this quite a few years ago. Especially around Canyon Lake and New Braunfels areas. Really ran some imaginative scams that took a lot of creativity to set up.

The guy who runs the local supply house here told me that about 15 years ago a couple of spanish guys came in and said that the supply house sold them bad glue and the joints were coming apart. Apparently these guys were putting in a drip system for a nursery with 2" pvc mains. so the supply house guy said bring me in the "bad glue". so they came back with an almost empty can of pipe dope.:hammerhead:
